When can I expect my items?

The current turnaround time for items is listed at the top of the page. If you have a specific date you need the item by, please let me know before ordering.

Pre-orders may have a longer turnaround time, as they are often pre-seasonal items.

Can I return or exchange items?

Our store specializes in custom monogrammed pieces and therefore all items are final sale. If you are unsure of sizing, please ask for a sizing chart, if one is not already provided.

If you encounter an issue with a purchased item, we encourage you to contact us immediately.

Where are your pick-up locations?

We currently have pick-up locations in:

  • Columbia, TN
  • Pulaski, TN
  • Florence, AL

How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?

You will receive an email saying "Your order is complete!" - Please read the email for additional details. Also, be sure to check your spam if you are expecting an email already.

I want a different design other than what is shown, can I do that?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate! Please our see Custom Requests page for details.
