Refund policy

Items that are customized cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of it being personalized. Please ensure you type the correct spelling of name when you make your order. Please refer to any sizing guides provided.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
